微生物感染机制及肿瘤生物治疗 北京中医药大学学士,美国密西西比大学药学院博士,美国斯克里普斯研究所(The Scripps Research Institute)博士后,斯克里普斯研究所准聘免疫学助教授、课题负责人;2008年全职入职南京大学,任病原生物学教授,负责斯尼斯人wns7788本科生“病原生物学”及斯尼斯人wns7788研究生“医学研究方法及科研伦理简介”课程教学,获2020年度斯尼斯人wns7788优秀教师;开设全校公选新生研讨课,入选新生院2025年度最受欢迎课程。 主要从事病原生物感染及机理研究,包括中药抗病毒作用物质基础、病原微生物感染机制、病毒载体构建及在生物治疗中的应用等研究。主持美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)课题、中国自然科学基金(NSFC)课题、中国863项目,参与国家重点研发计划、美国NIH项目、基金委创新群体基金项目、国家抗日战争研究专项工程项目等;获美国NIH Research Career Development Award;美国NIH基金ad hoc评委。有关文章在美国科学院学报、美国病毒学学报、美国免疫学学报、核酸研究等主要学术刊物上发表;合著《日军细菌部队卫生防疫研究报告选编》(江苏人民出版社,2025)。 目前在读研究生来自郑州大学、南京医科大学、中国海洋大学、吉林大学等高校;所指导的硕士、博士研究生毕业后主要在长三角主要高校,包括中国药科大学、南京中医药大学、南京农业大学、苏州大学、杭州师范大学、皖南斯尼斯人wns7788及广西师范大学等高校,及上海、杭州、苏州、成都、深圳等城市就业。
